I just wanted Burt to know that there was a whole evening devoted to his music on British TV last night. Burt is very popular here in the UK and his songs are played constantly on the radio. I have massive respect for his huge talents.

I just heard Burt at the Sydney Operahouse an was moved to tears on a number of occasions hearing the great works of music performed bu he whom wrote it. The Look of Love was special for me as I wrote it down from the recording for a small band I lead from school. Thank you for writing some of the most moving music of my time on earth and thank you for reinforcing in me the shared human spirit communicated through your great music. Best wishes Chris

My fiance and I went to Burt’s concert in Perth last Monday, 23rd April. It was a dream come true for Peter, he has been a fan of yours since he was a boy in the late 50s and has travelled many of life’s miles with your music in the background. We were lucky enough to be in the front row and I will always remember Peter’s face as you came on stage, it was one of his most moving and memorable life experiences. I have also always loved your music, before I even knew it was yours and Peter has educated me to all the depth and breadth of your talent, humanity, charm and poetry (and trumpets!!) I have always wanted to be a backing singer, so when one of your lovely girls had voice problems I was dreaming of swapping with her – I knew the words and had the black dress on!! Unfortunately, having a voice like hers, even under strain as it was, is way out of my league! It was a gorgeous dream though! Thank you for a truly memorable night, we love you and hope to see you again one day soon!

I am brazilian and live many years already im Portugal.
Somewhere between my 12th and 14th’s I heard your music for the first time. The film Lost Horizon and your music was a big event in my teneager life. I wish my daughters could today experience the same happines and sweetness by listening to music like yours. Now I am 54 and I still listen to your music in Youtube and feel the same sweetness when I was 14. I don’t know how many times I have already listened to your “The Look of Love” with Ron Isley in Youtube, just because I can’t find the CD. Thank you Mr. Burt from the deepest of my heart, for so many hours of happy feelings, great music and lirics filled with emotions. God bless you and your talent.
