I recently purchased on eBay a Bacharach-David sheet music anthology that I hadn't previously come across. It's undated but appears to be from the early '70s and features a number of relatively obscure Bacharach-David compositions:

Accept It (the B-side of Tony Orlando's "To Wait for Love")
And So Goodbye My Love (B-side of Burt's 1963 single "Saturday Sunshine")
Call Off the Wedding (Babs Tino, 1963)
Everyone Needs Someone to Love (Nick Palmer, 1964)
From Rocking Hourse to Rocking Chair (Paul Anka, 1964)
I Forgot What It Was Like (Ray Peterson, 1963)
Living Without Love (unknown)
Loneliness or Happiness (The Drifters, 1961)
Look in My Eyes Maria (Jay and the Americans, 1963)
Saturday Sunshine (Burt Bacharach, 1963)
That's the Way I'll Come To You (Jack Jones, 1962)
Too Late To Worry (Babs Tino, 1961)
Windows of Heaven (Four Coins, 1962)

I'll try to get started transcribing a few for the lyrics/chords section, but if anyone wants to help, let me know.
