Some phrases that Burt spoke when he received the "Gershwin Prize" were not comprehensible to me.
Perhaps because he was thrilled and / or his age.
Can someone transcribe everything he said?
Already I am grateful!
Best regards.

Dear Gillanddon,
First I thank you for your attention!
Gillanddon, for me it was not clear what the Burt spoke during the ceremony.
Perhaps because there are multiple "idioms" in the English language, I think it was not clear to me!
I understood what he talked about:
- "Journalists", "including one from the Washington Post asked about the ranking Grammys "
- That "the sky of New Orleans received an envelope and open it thought would be a new step or do the another Oscar winner?"
- Said he "really calm and then, but nothing more than that ...", "As a true song, a score, again another new word "
- And that "It's a hard work" and "the award represented a barley of his work. "
At the piano, he said that "Alfie was the most beautiful lyrics that Hal David wrote," "praised the performance of Stevie Wonder in 'Alfie' and then said that the song" What the World Needs Now is Log '"needs to be learned and practiced. "
Basically what I think I could have understood or understand.
Gillanddon, please could you transcribe me in English every sentence he said in his speech to President Barack Obama?
So it will be easier for me to understand!
Thank you so much!
Best regards,
Djalma Jr
