So we have looked at other composers producing in a Bacharach style but every now and then Bacharach has composed songs that are void of all the typicall nuances and idiosynacracies we have come to know and love. Needless to say they likely wont be at the top of the list of many Bacharach fans.

I offer Andy Williams Dont You Believe It written with Bob Hilliard. Now i know what everyone will say. The true Bacharachian elements developed in the early 60s. To that I will say false. Bacharach cassic instrumentation style of using large orchestration and especially overmephasis on Brass instruments probably developed in the early 60s but his flair for creativity has been present from early on which means it is either innate or was learned long before he was a noted pop compsoer. That means when he chose to compose milquetoast songs it was an intentional decision. Thank god it didn't happen often but let us shine a light on them. If anyone knows the back sttories to why these songs exists please do share.

Unrelated but I cant tell if there is a wall of sound effect in this song or is it benefitting from being remastered.
