I wrote an email to the official Po-website and the reply I got was litteraly "The soundtrack should be available in the next month or so." That was on august 9 2016. This is all I know.

I often wonder if Burt was inspired by classical composers. Does anyone know if Burt has ever said something about composers of classical music that were/are an inspiration to him? I sometimes think that French composers like Saint-Saens, Massenet and Poulenc could have been an influence on his work...

Burt composed the soundtrack of the movie Po (2016). I got a message that this soundtrack is coming out next month or so! Great news! It's a great performance from Burt plus orchestra playing Wives and lovers.
The information says its from Italian television 1973-74.
