Thanks Rio

WOW!!! That was a great way to start my day. I added that link to my favorites. It was that year I believe that I first saw Burt in concert at The Diplomat resort in Hallendale(Miami). I did see Charlie Chiorenza's name on the list of musicians. I wonder if anyone knows what he is doing now and if h...

WOW Scotsgreg

You must be a writer or if not you should be because you have put into words a beautiful story of how this mans music became a huge part of your soul as it has so many of us. Thanks for saying it so well. I know my kids would laugh if they read your story because they could so relate. My oldest daug...

Thoughts and prayers are with you all in the path of Ivan

Hi Mark and all living in that path. Having been through 2 in 3 weeks, not nearly as brutal as this one on Orlando anyway, I have a renewed respect for the devastation they can cause and just being without power in this heat and humidity is awful. Growing up in Fl. I have been through a few but has ...

Vincent: resident sage

As usual you hit the nail on the head. Often my husband and I comment on this subject as we see a performer (many times local talent). They have so much talent and need little bells and whistles to showcase that talent, unlike many of the big stars of today, who for whatever reason have been in the ...

re: John

Hi Mary,

It would be great to have an entire album of his work, however I haven't heard of one. Maybe someone else might have that answer. Actually Josie and Donna also have phenomenal voices as well. :)

The World Is a Circle

By the way, that song is from the movie "Lost Horizons". It wasn't a great hit movie, however I liked it and the music is very good. Am I a bit biased? You betcha.

Burt in Oyster Bay

:D I will post a brief review only to beat Vincent(evil woman). Ha! It was a glorious evening and Vincent had 3rd row seats 2 of which were not being used , so he was so generous to offer to have me and a friend from our group move up with him and his friends. Well that's just the kind of guy he is....
