This album, by Burt and Carole, was not "the tops," but I think it's largely underrated, as others have noted here before. This song is particularly beautiful, and it features the late Michael Jackson. The opening melodic line of the song is so unmistakably from the mind, heart and hand of Burt Bacharach. If you check out this song on YouTube, you'll find there links to many of the other little-known songs from that fine album.

This was, indeed, a very good album. It`s too bad that Burt succumbed to Carole`s subsequent efforts to "contemporize/commercialise" their sound. IMHO, the vast majority of their later collaborations were bland and instantly forgettable.

Totaly agree!! I think it is a great album. Underrated for sure.
I always imagine that you can hear the love between these two people at the time in the music.
