I have been trying to find this great song on CD. Would anyone know where I could find it?

You'll find it on the twofer re-issue CD of Dionne Warwick's 'Promises, Promises/I'll Never Fall in Love Again' albums on Rhino.

I really dig it! To me this is the most quintessencial of Burt Bacharach's music. The use of the brass and a flat almost discordant sound of a brass instrument. A bit like a satisfying fart!!

well, thats what low brass bunched up sounds like..it is a satisfying sound....especially as used for this ending...even the low brass voiced "open" in a tenth
that is also satisfying...
