I have seen the site and was disturbed by it... Product of a sick mind: I also thought that, in a way, because it puts out false but plausible information it may cause someone to lose a booking, and therefore be actionable under law. There was a famous case where Lord Alfred Douglas, lover of Oscar Wilde, falsely reported his own death in Paris ( to the Times of London -I think) Because you cannot libel a dead person, the newspaper published a lurid obituary, and when Douglas showed up alive, sued for lots of money. I suppose implying someone is dead is libelous.
