What I gather is; (August 2004) Karen currently residing in Winneteka, Minnesota with her husband Pat Proft and their son.

Too bad that she apparently retired from singing as early as she did. She seemed to have had a couple of bad breaks in the early `70s. I know that she made a solo album while still with Sergio, but for some reason it was never released.
Then,she scored a regular acting role on the then-new series M. A. S. H. only to have her character written out after a couple of episodes.
She deserved a better fate.

Karen Phillip also wrote the lyrics to Artie Butler's music for "I Didn't Mean To Love You" which Dionne Warwick recorded.
