New member here. A friend of mine recorded (with Burt) at the Capitol Records building sometime between 2004-2006 (she can't recall the exact date). Nor can she recall the exact project/songs this was for.
This recording session of Burt's happened was when she was part of the Young Musicians Foundation. She would have been playing violin in an orchestra type of ensemble.
I'm assuming Young Musicians Foundation had a connection to Burt, and Burt arranged to work with this group of young musicians who were eager to record.
Does anyone have any idea of what Burt project this could have been part of? Is Burt's recording history/dates documented anywhere?
Thanks in advance!

The session may have been for Bacharach's album 'At This Time' released in October 2005.

It may also have been the album Burt made with Ronald Isley but that would be slightly earlier in 2003.

The Ronald Isley album was recorded in part at Capitol ca.2003:

You could look for your friend's name on the paged linked above.
The "At This Time" album credits don't list Capitol Studios:

It's also possible it was a demo session not intended for commercial release.

Appreciate the advice... will research it more but it may forever remain a mystery.
