George Martin (producer of The Beatles) Top 10 are:
Monday
Sun Arise ~ Rolf Harris
I Want To Hold Your Hand ~ The Beatles

Tuesday
You’re Driving Me Crazy ~ The Temperance Seven
Goodness Gracious Me ~ Peter Sellers & Sophia Loren

Wednesday
Alfie ~ Cilla Black
Icarus ~ Paul Winter

Thursday
Diamond Dust ~ Jeff Beck
Medeira M’Dear ~ Flanders & Swann

Friday
Live & Let Die ~ Paul McCartney & Wings
Take A Pew ~ Alan Bennett

You could hear them all this week in Ken Bruce's show on BBC radio2

George is free to be bias for not choosing Dionne's version
as he produced Cilla's records
But i really think her version is far inferior to Warwick's

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions I guess, but as an English person I grew up hearing Cilla singing Alfie and it is my preferred version.

Having grown up on the continent I much prefer Mireille Mathieu's version that was used on most European prints of the original film, to Ms. Black's local UK version. Mathieu is a far superior singer.

Actually Cilla's version wasn't local as I grew up in Australia. I have only heard hers an Dionne's version.
