Burt Bacharach will be performing at the vineyard of Saratoga Winery here in the Northern California...

La Dionne was seen here last, when she was tossing a song called No One In the World...which she said , she fought hard to be released as a single, but lost the fight. But Anita Baker...hitting it big at about the same time, she was to perform in Saratoga, asked the audience , after her performance as to whether...Anita did it better, or...La Moi, as part of the audience, do I have a choice? Knowing she is my favorite singer. Not a cinch Diva Baker. Where is she now, anyway?

So La Warwick concert was cancelled in Germany with the tandem of La Cole, and La Houston. Not to worry, Warwicks last concert in San Francisco, excepting her Christmas Concert at the Davies Symphony Hall with Bryson, For Your Eyes Only Irish girl (forgot her name!), her solo concert was also cancelled for underselling a predated concert. It can happen. Not all people enjoy La Warwick as much as we do. This was supposed to have happened at the Masonic Auditorium.

Anyway the big event, is the Mr. Maestro is back in the Bay Area, last time was a BIG, BIG success at the Palace at Fine Arts, near the Golden Gate Bridge. Great venue, now you can even sip a good blend of wine..red, white, anyway you take it, while viewing Bacharach...ah...the Good Life.--DD

Just to clarify, as there seems to be confusion about the Germany dates.
The July 2 outdoor show was cancelled due to bad weather. The remaining 3 concerts will proceed in,in-door areans.
