I notice on Amazon UK that this is now scheduled for release on July 27th. It's probably wise that we don't hold our breath.

After two months of waiting and having the expected delivery date changed several times, Amazon has finally informed me that this CD set is unobtainable/discontinued. You wonder, why would such a release go instantly out of print? Guess I'll have to keep a copy of this song list on hand, and hope that some of these titles will eventually appear elsewhere.
