Re the London Fringe production of PP in 1996, yes, there was definitely an instrumental break, a dance sequence, during 'Tick Tock Goes the Clock', but as it was nearly 20 years ago I can't remember if it owed anything to your arrangement from the 'Lost in Boston' album. As the band for the London production was no more than 4 or 5 pieces my guess is that the MD for the show probably concocted his own arrangement.
