This actually strikes me as a very sane and modest contract rider, as far as big celebrities go.

As a singer, I'm always amused by the common differentiation between "singer" and "musician" (as opposed to "instrumentalist"). In certain difficult professional situations I love to paraphrase Peter O'Toole in My Favorite Year: "I'm a singer, not a musician!"
