Certainly Lord!

Very impressed upon hearing this song that was sung during the 1960's
civil rights movement..(as featured on the PBS tv special American Experience -"Eyes On The Prize"( Nashville civil rights epsiode )
The song "Certainly Lord" was played briefly...wonderful sound and
song in the gospel tradition! I had never heard it before. The version I heard apparently had altered lyrics from the 60's as my web research indicates that this is an old gospel song with different lyrics....The words were alteres at that time to reflect what was happening in the sit-ins and freedom riding, etc...
