Can someone settle this?

I was speaking with Vincent today. We both love the song "Nikki" and I said that most people know it as the theme from "The Movie of the Week". That's when Vincent said, "Yeah, it was on at 4:30 in the afternoon." I said, "No, it was on during Prime Time hours, once a week, at either 8 or 9:00pm."

From
www.retrocrush.com/scary/49.html :
"In 1975, an ABC Movie of The Week called TRILOGY OF TERROR aired featuring 3 different short horror themed stories."
This suggests it was not in the afternoon.
And this other site says
http://www.caucus.org/archives/94win_whocreated.html
...one of the advantages I was emphasizing about Movie of the Week was that going on the air at 8:30 would give the series a half-hour jump on TV's two-hour movies, which aired at 9:00 PM.

Bonjour Steve;
I am almost sure, ABC Channel 7 @ 04:30 PM (New York City) ran the theme song Nikki, for the movie.
But what people are saying, it was later in the evening.
It's something that I would not forget, since Nikki is still in my top 5!

Steve;
I think you are right! It was the 04:30 movie, not the Movie of the week!
Merci!

Here is a link (
http://home.earthlink.net/~kfp/) to audio and video sound clips of the Ch. 7 New York 4:30 movie! You can hear the theme used for that, Vincent. And yes, "Nikki" was used for the ABC
evening movies.

Well, Vincent, when we had this dicussion, I was scratching my head because we get the same channels and I couldn't believe I wouldn't have known that Nikki was the theme of the 4:30 movie, especially when I was 100% sure that it was theme of the Movie of the Week during primetime. But I believed you remembered correctly too. So, with your permission, I wanted input from our friends here.
The only thing I can think of is that you were so young then!!!
