Keith, your posts and your links to music are a great gift to this site. Thank you so much for sharing your talent for getting hold of things, and the things themselves. Kudos!

Alistair, Gabba. Ron and Steve…
I have been lucky enough, over the years, to have met and befriended a few collectors (many, members of this very forum), a few people well connected in the music business and a few connected directly to Mr. Bacharach who have been gracious enough to either share, trade or sell me portions of their own collections.
As time went by it became evident to me that having a computer full of MP3 files of Mr. Bacharach’s oeuvre wasn’t doing me any good to hold on to selfishly. It was then I decided the best thing to do was to “share the wealth†with the true fans (such as yourselves) who love and honor his work as much as I do.
I have, in the past, taken some grief from other forum members for “showboating†or trying to become a†platinum memberâ€(I think that was the phrase used) by sharing my collection here. I have only tried to quietly share what I can without fanfare or drawing attention to myself with my postings. It got so bad at one point I entertained the idea of withdrawing from the forum altogether., but the reasoning behind the criticism was so obvious and transparent.
I have always believed this forum was (or should be) all about the music and Mr. Bacharach’s genius.
I will continue to share, as I am able, and I greatly appreciate your confirmation the tunes aren’t falling on deaf ears.
Viva la Bacharach,
Keith

May I suggest you read Keith Burke's prophetic words contained in the above March 4th post - in particular - the last line includes the phrase "...as I am able..."
TYKB - MAY YOU REST IN PEACE

Keith - you WILL be missed - you were a real and true Bacharach fan.
