According to The Los Angeles Times, dated Oct. 18th, in an article asking various "experts...who entertain us" to name a favorite place, under "Eats", Mr. Bacharach selected Locanda Portofino in the city of Santa Monica. He says, "Great food, great ambience and great staff." I don't know if the restaurant has a sound system, but if they do, I wonder what's on the playlist?
