Hoping you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving with those people who make your life a special one. Please remember Mr. Bacharach and the loss of his precious daughter as we enjoy this time with our loved ones. We truly have much to be thankful for. Thanks, Grooverider, and I add my own good thoughts and prayers for everyone to have a blessed day with family and friends. I, like so many on this site, am deeply grateful for the richness Burt's music and Hal's lyrics - and Dionne's superior interpretations - have given to me over the years. I am reflecting as I write how often I find myself listening to Burt's music while working at the computer (right now it's Trijntje Oosterhuis singing "Anyone Who Had a Heart"). His music always manages to express some of my deepest feelings and hopes, and to give me new ones! Happy Thanksgiving to you, Burt Bacharach, and to all your fans!
