God Give Me Strength

This has always been one of my favourite Bacharach songs but I thought you might be interested to know that Alison Moyet has included a cover of God Give Me Strength on her new album Voice. I think it is the best track on the album.
Apparently she also recorded a version of Alfie but it didn't make it onto the final tracklistings of the album (which is a real shame because the version she sung in concert as part of the BBC's Friday Night Is Music Night programme was phenomenally good.
