Has Burt recorded I Say a Little Prayer in any of his vinyls (or CDs)?
Yes he did...on the 1967 Lp of "Reach Out" His first A&M Album.
I don't think Burt believed in the song when he first wrote it, and didn't want the song to come out...It turned out to be one of his greats!
He prefers Aretha Franklin's version...I still like the 1967 single by Dionne Warwick, I like the glassy, smooth sounding strings...its a "sea of sound", also like the way he sneaks them in.
