In the last few days I have heard I Say A LIttle Prayer (Dionne's Single Verson) on
Los Angeles oldies radion station Krth 101 (K EARTh 101)..played in the early evening..this was a pleasant surprise as I usually don't hear Dionne-Bacharach records on this station...
The CD they played pretty has has the same sound I remember from 1967,
I have fond momeories of this tune, and remember hearing this on first run in '67, while riding the public transportation bus to Hollywood early in the morning down Valley Blvd....

Easily one of Burt's greatest songs. I mean, you don't even have to put any thought into it.

And that's great steveo, isn't it? I mean, it brings back such a flood of memories when that song comes on the radio now. It's like going back in time. And I honestly believe that Burt's music holds up after all these years -- maybe more than anyone's, in fact!
