Forgive me if this is a frequently asked question, but does anyone know if there are plans for a new a new collaboration between Bacharch and David, or Costello? Many thanks.

Lets hope that Burt & Hal make some new great songs!
I don`t think that there would be another collaboration between Burt & Elvis because Elvis is now writing songs with his wife Dianna Krall.
But fingers crossed, who will tell?

Part of Burt's success, aside form the Hal David relationship, is to record
and write with new singers...it inspires him..then after the relationship is more or lass petered out..they move on to others...

I just wanted to thank the person who did the great archieve of Burt's music on this site. Because of it, I found out about Here I Am: Isley Meets Bacharach released in 2003. Incredible redentions of House, Look of Love, In Between the Heartaches, and Anyone Who Had A Heart.
Isley has been around a long time, and is still singing with soul and passion. He complements Burt's music in a way I haven't heard since Dionne.
I hope they get together again.
I came to the site a few times after seeing Burt in in Vegas at Orleans recently. It was the first time I've seen him in person...a knockout performance, and the backup band and singers were so tight...It was an incredible night.
