What an amazing validation of what we've known FOR YEARS!!!
As far as I'm concerned these 'inductors'-- both RRHOF & Kennedy Center have their heads up their politically correct...well, you know where!

Yep! That article basically says it all. Couldn't agree more. I feel sooooooo sorry for Burt (and Hal and Dionne, of course). I can only imagine the snub that Burt feels. Imagine having written the most phenomenal music for over 50 years and getting passed over and ignored every year by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and The Kennedy Center Honors. The best news of all, of course, is that Burt gets the accolades he deserves wherever he goes. The people know who the greatest composer is!
