In an interview published in the Times on Sunday, Erin [Moran, aka A Girl Called Eddie] described herself as a "massive Burt Bacharach fan."

It IS great to know! I love it when Burt is recognized publicly like that. From now on, I can only have the highest respect for that artist, Erin Moran. Her taste, obviously, is of the highest order.

For anyone in the Washington DC area, Erin will be performing at a club called Iota, in Arlington VA tomorrow, March 12. Her website just says that the performance will be a "matinee". Iota's website says 3:00 pm with a $12 cover. Free parking in a municipal garage at 3033 Wilson Blvd. Iota is on Wilson Blvd. between Edgewood and Fillmore.
