Great photos, Vincent. I wish I could have been there. I see, with Burt's hand on your shoulder, that he Burt-enized you!

Beautiful photos. The thing that I envy you to have attended a concert with an orchestra. In Italy we have not had that, since 1995, more opportunities. At most it was a string section borrowed. Perhaps in 1995 at the Teatro Smeraldo in Milan with Dionne was so. Is an experience that I miss deeply, because I love Burt's band but the overall sound is flat, compared to that of the orchestral versions as Rondhouse in London for example. I love almost all of Bacharach's music, but I can not say that all the songs give me the same feeling. For the Children, Another spring will rise or the Overture of Promises, Promises leave deep furrows in the soul and lead me in a different dimension. Who knows if in the future the Maestro will return to run something like this instead of the usual retro classics, popular standards!
