A longer "Close to You"

While listening to the 2 cd import from 2011, "The Essential Dionne Warwick", I was surprised to hear a longer version of "(They Long to be) Close to You". That's the original (demo?) version from 1963 found on "Make Way for Dionne Warwick". It is listed at 2:23 on that vinyl, but on my cd player the timing goes to 2:32.
Where (and how) do compilers find these longer versions? I would assume on other compilations, the version would be the 2:23 version. No mention is made in the liner notes to the cd.
On Ms. Warwick's first version of this song, she essentially keeps to the notes, but she injects more soul, feeling in those last 9 seconds than many singers would hope to convey in a full song. Those last 9 seconds are definitely not throw away notes, it's like Mr. Bacharach guides her to let loose!
I don't know if this longer version is on youtube.
My apologies if this topic has already come up, I was unaware of this longer version.
