Who was it on this forum who recommended this? I've just bought the CD, and just about every track could be Bacharach, right down to the strings, major 7s and changes in tempo. Marvellous stuff.

Very happy for you that you got this great album.
Amazing achievement by Charles Stepney - and Minnie of course. Shame that her career didn't pan out as it could have (and of course that she died so young).
She was a beautiful soul. Getting aquainted with her music, I felt like a love sick puppy. Too bad there isn't more to listen to.
