It's a great performance from Burt plus orchestra playing Wives and lovers.
The information says its from Italian television 1973-74.

This "clip" is from one of Burt's TV Specials "Burt Bacharach And Associates" (1972)
It also starred Vikki Carr, Anthony Newley and Sammy Davis Jr.
Let's hope one day that all of Burt's TV specials will be finally released on DVD !
