Bacharach/Newley collaboration

I won`t exasperate everyone again with my opinion of what an overwhelming achievement I think WOMAN is, but I`m wondering if the song Burt wrote with Anthony Newley, "Dancing Fool", was ever recorded by a singer or if the lyrics are available anywhere.
Paranthetically, I think Newley received a shamefully dismissive obit in the Times a few years back. I`d also appreciate any info on a (most unlikely) cd issue of nis one movie score ("Can Hieronymous ...Forget Mercy Hump and Find True Happiness").
