For those offended by my "off-topic" avant stuff, I offer as an unapologetic atonement this beautiful obscurity of the Italian Baroque:

I can see why it's obscure. Give me the OST to Butch Cassidy any day! :-) :-)

Okay, I didn`t expect a lot of enthusiasm for the Sun Ra stuff but if the 17th-century is too far out, I give up.
I`m going on break.

LOL -- don't be so sensitive. This piece of music was not too far out and it's very nice. My point is simply that I'm really an enormous fan of Burt's music and I'd rather be listening to his music than 17th-century music that puts me to sleep. Besides, don't go away just because of one person's (mine) snarky comment. I thought we're going to stir this joint up a bit. Besides, I'm very judgmental to begin with. :-)

Oh, I wasn`t being sensitive; I just don`t like using those "emoticon smileys."
That`s a problem with purely written communication: no inflection.

I sound much harsher and much more serious in print than I do when speaking face-to-face. That's why I ended with smilies. I should have put a winkie face instead. *winkie face*
