It is a great value, even with shipping from the U.K. I don't know if there are plans to release it in the U.S.

Just ordered my copy from Townsend Records. I'll now have "That's What Friends Are For" on at least 10 different CDs .... EEEEK!!! .......... It's a great deal and contains some of those HIDDEN GEMS from the following 4 Arista albums recorded by Dionne in the 80's "NO NIGHT SO LONG" (never released on CD), "HOT, LIVE, AND OTHERWISE" (limited import CD release and now very rare and expensive), "HOW MANY TIMES CAN WE SAY GOODBYE?" (never on CD) and "FINDER OF LOST LOVES" (also limited import CD release, rare and expensive). Also - lots of songs from her other Arista albums which were released on CD. This 3 disc set has more material than many high priced "boxed sets"! This is beginning to sound like a commercial! .............. ORDER YOURS NOW!

And the remastering has done wonders. This sounds much better than the previous Arista cd releases with the exception maybe of the Japanese "Friends in Love". ItÂ´s on the same level than that one. I canÂ´t stop listening to "Stronger Than Before" today, it sounds so great. Word is that BMG is gonna rerelease all of DionneÂ´s Arista albums later this year including "Hot, Live And Otherwise" which usually costs you about 150 USD on eBay.

And they know what they are doing releasing this in the UK now for that price. 2 years ago when Dionne toured the UK the fairly standard DW compilation "Heartbreaker" cracked the UK top 20. Dionne did quite a lot of high profile TV then.
