..."The Silver Lining", a collection of Jerome Kern compositions, can now be heard in its entirety on Spotify. (Last time I checked, it wasn`t up on YouTube so I can`t provide a link).
Everyone here should give it at least one listen. Tony has been singing the standards for as long as I can recall and now he can make the tritest-sounding lyrics seem like healing wisdom. The duet/trio setting is as intimate as a late set at the Vanguard in a New York that no longer exists but that I miss terribly. Do yourself a favor and give this a shot.
