new Bacharach song

I have just got a "new" Bacharach composition: "When you love somebody" (Burt Bacharach & Andreas Carlsson).
The song is sung by the German singer Joana Zimmer in her 2005 cd "My innermost" (avaible at amazon.de).
The song was penned more or less in 2003 because it's mentioned in Serene Dominic wonderful book "Burt Bacharach song by song".
