UK Tour 2018
Royal Festival Hall July 6 and 7. Am I first to notice?
Re: UK Tour 2018
Putting a bit more meat on the bone, according to the link below the two London shows will feature a 'full symphony orchestra'. No word yet on whether there's further dates in other parts of the UK.

There will be more
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice, there is.
Re: UK Tour 2018
I hope there is more as I'm away from London that weekend. Bristol or Brighton would be near enough.

I better not say that I'm also going to be away from London on those days or there might just be a spate of burglaries!

Re: UK Tour 2018
The Festival Hall seats well over 4000 and as I write both shows are on the verge of selling out with only around 70 or 80 seats still available for both nights.

I wonder if Bacharach has ever played a concert in Berlin since the Marlene Dietrich days? Well, much to my amazement he's scheduled to play the Admiralspalast Theater in the city on July 14th. I have many friends there and several of them are planning to go.
