Expanded Casino Royale soundtrack

Am I the only one who would love to see the release of an expanded edition CD of the soundtrack to Casino Royale that would include all the music in the film that wasn't on the initial release? For those of you that love the music in the film I don't have to tell you what's missing - you probably already know, and it is sorely missed on the current CD. With expanded CDs of motion picture soundtracks the current trend, what is stopping this from happening? This is one exceptionally amazing soundtrack that deserves to have every note preserved on disc for all to enjoy. How can we let Mr. Bacharach know that there is a strong desire for this to happen? Any ideas?
