How to Exchange the Copy-Protected 'At This Time" CD

I see that others have posted links to newspaper articles about exchanging the copy-protecte CDs for non-protected ones. But here is a link to a SONY website that contains the instructions and a form to include with the returned CD.

If you bought from Amazon.com, they also have a special return arrangement you can follow, but I believe you can also return your Amazon purchase directly to SONY as well, if you wish. If you return it to Amazon.com, just describe it as "defective" and use their regular return procedure.
