Just want to share this very rare
recording of John Barry's song
which i've recorded from radio

It was sung by 2 veteran Asia singers. I love it.

I adore this song and it was also featured in the Christopher Reeve movie of the same name along with Rachmoninoff's ..bad spelling 18th variation. I had it played at my daughters wedding.

If I wanted to read about or listen to John Barry, Michel Legrand or Astrud Gilberto I'd more than likely be going to their websites. Let stay on topic hereiam.

I very much appreciate hereiams posts and I´m sure all of the regulars on this board do, too. And, really, Mr. Bacharach has always shown the greatest interest in the creative output of his peers and the music scene in general...

I'm all for such posts. I think we don't talk enough about the composers and works we, Burt fans, enjoy the most. It is always a good opportunity to get tips on what to look for and to figure out how much alike we really are.

If I could, I'd ask hereiam to keep posting as before.
