It's long been a personal favourite of mine but unfortunately it tends to be overshadowed by those other 'Reach Out' songs which came along later and were hits for The Four Tops and Diana Ross.
I wonder what Burt thought about the way The Sweet Inspirations took the chorus of the song to church for their version?
