Burt Bacharach & Daniel Tashian Will ‘Walk On By’ — Virtually, That Is — To The Grammy Museum

Burt Bacharach and Daniel Tashian will be the focus of a digital program on the Grammy Museum’s website on Wednesday (Aug. 5). The two musicians have been working together on projects, including a five-song EP, Blue Umbrella, being released today (July 31).

Today, Burt Bacharach and Daniel Tashian release their a 5-song EP  “Blue Umbrella.” Recorded in Nashville, Blue Umbrella features Tashian, the writer/producer behind Kacey Musgraves’ Grammy-winning Golden Hour, on vocals and Burt on piano backed by some of the city’s finest musicians (Dennis Crouch, Fred Eltringham, Tom Bukovac, Jim Hoke).
