In my judgment this is a master piece by the late Cal Tjader!
I 1st heard this version of, 'My Little Red Book', when I was at a College party in 1968.

Yeah, 'Soul Sauce' was a big hit for Cal in the 60's.
I still have the Album (Cal Tjader Sounds Out Burt Bacharach) that Cal did on Burt's music. Years later the CD came out.
Cal was a great talent, that left us to soon!
Even today, I play his CD of Burt's music.
