NAh..after listening to "Live in Japan" I'm quite certain that "Pussycat" was not in the original Kapp medley..
I seem to recall that on"Anyone Who had a Heart" it ends instrumentally with "Love Me "TOO" On the melody line of "Too" unison violins start a trill on that melody note- it's on the 3rd of the chord...then the violins ape the same thing in the next bar a 5th below trilling again - this time on a whole step - these 2 bars are repeated (harmonically we have 2 major 7th chords alternating a fourth apart in each 3/4 bar below those notes)and then into "Wives and Lovers"...The "Wives" instrumentation is altered on the "Live in Japan" as well.....so yes....Burt changed the original Kapp Medley by 1974...
