Just stumbled upon this quite by accident. Two of my music heroes--Burt Bacharach and Randy Newman--in essence working together. I'm sure you'll recognize the brief instrumental interlude and how gorgeously it's performed. Requires QuickTime!

I just noticed that my earlier post on this inadvertently dropped the ending "v" in the Web address to the next line, which would not link to the proper location if you simply clicked on it. Here it is again with the "v" moved up. If it still doesn't work, I would suggest just copying and pasting the entire address in your browser.
Incidentally, although the end credits of the Mic/Mac computer promo lists "Alfie" as the Bacharach tune represented, it does not sound to me like "Alfie." Instead, my ears are hearing the Lost Horizon song "Where Knowledge Ends." I'd love for someone else to verify this for me. Perhaps the two songs bear some resemblance I had previously not recognized, but for now I'll stand by my observation.
