According to artistdirect.com the original cover (sans photograph) being shown on sites such as CDnow and CDuniverse is the cover for the limited edition vinyl pressing of At This Time (released 10-04-05). The edition with the photograph is the CD version (released 11-01-05).
This clears things up a bit as to why there seems to be two covers floating around.
