First - off the politics - good for you for doing some lyrics. Why should you spend your entire career and not get to taste both ends of the endeavor?

Second - on the politics - you have to say what you have to say. Any artist does, and don't let internet chat get to you. (I'm not a Democrat or a Republican, by the way.) (And yes, I think there have been some lies told, and the reaction to them is reaching the boiling point.)

The only people here supporting bush are paid shrills.. Even die hard repubs are distancing themselves from him.
