I`d like to update my reply because I didn`t Mean "Why should we like this?" I meant, "Why was this done?" I don`t understand what it proves. Logarithms are, indeed, amazing things. But what impresses about creativity in any form is its humanness. Consciousness is mysterious enough to temper enthusiasm for what a program can elicit.
IMO, there is too much enthusiasm and not nearly enough wariness over AI.

The whys are the hardest questions to answer. I expect ppl will land on either side of the fence. However there are things AI makes possible that once was unthinkable. Much of it good but of course like anything in life some will use for bad.


Aa for AI music see it as watching a great imperdonator of a known artist and use some imagination. At the end of the day this was well done. In the future whatever you can dream you can hear
