Listening to Jill O'Hara Sing Promises

Listening to the recording provided from a link on this forum, I listened to
The main song "Promises Promises" from the play of the same name voiced by Jill O'Hara...
The Backround arrangement is "basically" the same as the one on the Cast Album that Mr. Orbach sang...with a few slight alterations...
I was wondering, did anyone who heard this notice that a "Beat" was taken out of one the last bars on the repeat ending..to make it a 4/4
bar in the trumpets?
Burt had said long ago in the day of this play, that it was difficult for the musicans and singers to grasp some of the time signatures...I'm wondering what I'm listening to..is this a recording of how Jill sang the theme in the show? I'm remembering Dionne's 45 version and there is that unusual time signature in the brass at the end repeats....

Jill O'Hara didn't sing Promises Promises in the show, which is why, I am guessing, it wasn't included on the OST.
