So there was actually an Italian version of the Promises Promises musical?
Was there ever a recording of that?

Do you know if there was a version in other languages? And I mean of the musical, not only or two songs.

There are two Italian cast recordings of PROMESSE, PROMESSE; one from the original 1970 production and a more recent one of a few years back. Interestingly, they each employ a different translation. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any other foreign cast recordings of PROMISES.
